The hotel was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains,no view can beat this . Reception was very friendly and helpful and a transfer was provided from the train station to the hotel which was incredibly helpful. Breakfast had a small variety but was very good . Thank you 22 Summits for making our trip special.

The only things we didn’t like were that the cups in the room were not cleaned or replaced daily. We drink coffee every day, and yet the cups were never cleaned throughout our stay. The room was also smaller than what we expected based on the photos on Booking. When we arrived, the hotel didn’t inform us that their taxi service is only available for check-out, so we had to pay for a taxi ourselves for a ride of less than 7 minutes, which did not feel worth the amount we paid. We also did not like the breakfast — the eggs were undercooked, the coffee was always served cold even though the weather was very cold, and there was no variety at all. Additionally, the hotel is located on a steep uphill, which made the walk tiring.”

Une arrivée à 20h15’ pas de navette. Prix du taxi à Zermatt pour 6 minutes de transport 40.- ( honteux ) L’hôtel devrait trouver un accord avec les taxis pour ne pas se faire arnaquer de cette façon

Beautiful rooms and facilities! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious, well designed and the balcony was lovely.

My view was all construction so that was very disappointing!

Cuscini non molto confortevoli

I liked the location and the look of the hotel. Breakfast had a good choice of a bit of everything... Spa area was small but nice. I never understood the "naked area" , does that mean only naked are welcomed? We had a little surprise with towel swans and fake rose petals on the bed.

The door to the bathroom was not closing, it kept sliding back, so really no privacy there if one needs to go... There was no lock to hold the door in either, so it was very annoying. No drinks available at the minibar, only soft drinks. And no tea either, only coffee. Although kettle was there, I found it strange that tea was nowhere to be found...

Alles war perfekt! Frühstück, Lage….alles wie gewünscht.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Danke für die wirklich tolle und liebe Gastfreundschaft. Wir können das Hotel herzlichst empfehlen und hoffen selbst, bald wieder zurückzukehren.
