No access to kitchen/place to eat or at least didn’t look we were welcome there if we didn’t ordered food before so we could eat with our own food. Also the bedroom was

The place is very clean and the food is very delicious.

It is a very authentic Japanese style stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly! We loved skiing and snowboarding at the Iwatake mountain. The staff at the hotel gave us discount for renting gear at a rental shop and also it was very worth buying the day pass for the Iwatake resort with them. Also discount for the Iwatake Onsen! There are some restaurants in the street and a 7eleven 10min walk. The shuttle bus was right at the door too! So good! We will definitely be back!

Could have had a little communal kitchenette maybe, but not a deal breaker.

Very nice owners. They accommodated my request of vegetarian food eventho it was last min. The house is simple & old but cosy. Our room had a view of the mountains. Simply breathtaking. My 1 yo son was in love with grandpa’s snow tractor.

Wish there were more heaters in the room. I got a bit too cold in the -2 deg celsius weather. Only 2 paper cups were provided in the room. Need to reuse/buy your own cups to make hot drinks.
