Sunset Hill Penida Resort

Sunset Hill cottage is the perfect, relaxing holiday you want! Nestled on top of a hill overlooking the trees, water and sunset, it is a calm, ambient little treasure, fitting for a get away from your busy city life. There are 8 identical bungalows, each with a porch and cute garden in front. The style is very rustic, with a partial open air bathroom. Beds are king size, large and comfy. We loved staying here. The island itself is quite small and not much to do so a short stay would be ideal. You cant rent a scooter or book a tour from the property for a good price. They also have room service breakfast every morning, home cooked and delicious! The staff and owner was kind, helpful, and very attentive. Housekeeping was done everyday while we were out, so our room was always clean. When we left they had mentioned they were going to install a pool in the front of property! Will defintely come back :)

The Sunset Hill is

Very clean cottages with nice furniture and a beautiful sunset view. Extraordinarily nice staff:) We stayed there for two days and we can recommend the nice welcoming breakfast. They have a poster of all the “must see places” in nusa penida which was really helpful.

Nice location near the harbor. Really clean and nicely decorated accommodation with super friendly staff. Nice outdoor shower. Breakfast was good as well. Quite surroundings and a beautiful sunset view! You can rent scooters for 70k a day but the street to reach the cottages is kind of a rough patch--so be careful while driving (but then again a lot of roads on nusa penida are very bumpy and damaged). Would def recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is such a beautiful place, very comfortable beds, great staff that cleans every day, good breakfast and great deals. But the service and friendliness of the staff is just outstanding. We forgot our hard drive in the cabin and one of the staff member took it with him on a ferry and had it sent by bike all the way to Ubud for us. We are so grateful for all the effort! Can't wait to return!

We stayed there a couple night for anniversary holiday, first they provided us free pick up service from harbor and when we arrived there they served us a whole young coconut, WOOOWW such a great welcoming, during we stayed there all staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive, they help us to find motorbike to rent and telling us which spot that we should explore. Special thanks to Mr. Wayn Darma who made our holiday at the island unforgettable

The hill view was breath taking. The space is fantastic, the bed was large and comfy and had very nice new clean linen and lovey pillows. Couldn't fault the bedrooms. Had everything we needed - Granted the tiling in shower and toilet is good. The staff and the owner are awesome. Back to this place - absolutely highly recommended!!!!

Sunset Hill Cottage is located on the hill. This place is just absolutely incredible. I thought it was great. The service was very friendly, the staff was quite knowledgeable of local amenities and also they were awesome and very helpful. The front office staff is genuinely really nice.All in a very enjoyable..

i spent my 2 nights at this place. it was amazing, the owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, i was new in that small island and im a single traveler but with them i feel like i am staying with my family, i wish i could stay there forever

I came to this place by an accident. I and my friend didnt book before. We were trying to find a cheaf but good service place to stay since we have little money and passed by this place. To our surprise we found this beautiful please. The room is big with comfortable bed, tv and ac make want spend my time only in the room. Ocean view is amazing, i can see the sunset only by sitting in front of my room. The staff and owner are very friendly. This place is very recomended
