"Great location."

The pool was nice. The staff were friendly. And the food was very tasty. The location ws great, less than 2 minutes walk to the sea.

I've stayed at some lovely guest houses on my trip. So after reading good reviews about Medewi Beach Inn, I was a little underwhelmed when I arrived. My room smelled faintly of sewage and the floor tiles were greasy, likely with soap. Also there were no electric sockets anywhere near the bed (always a bugbear of mine). If I was a surfer, perhaps I'd be more forgiving.
