Great location and nice facilities here. Would have been much better had the staff informed me about ongoing construction at check-in. Incredibly disruptive noises throughout my stay included contruction, doors that only slam shut, and thin walls. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, but the service was inconsistent and, at times, super slow.

This was a great place to stay with shopping area around then hotel and fairly close to the Union Building. The staff was great, breakfast was So tasty and pool with a view was nice.

It was a great stay. A bit unfortunate that it was on New Year’s Eve. It was therefore a bit of noisy outside but understandable.Because of a private party also hosted at the skybar, there were interruptions on room services.

"Good with some gripes "

Standard Protea hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Professional staff and well located. Only gripe would be the the rooftop restaurant. There was very loud music being played in the plaza and the restaurant has their own music competing with this ending up in a total cacophony of. noise. Together with this they had disco strobe lights in the restaurant. This was extremely disturbing and not what one wants with your dinner also considering that a lot of people (myself included) are extremely sensitive to flickering light that causes nausea and headaches. I really did not expect this in a Protea Hotel restaurant.
