Great property in an excellent area.

Perfect location! Clean and the staff was very friendly!

Collecting the keys was very simple. It took a moment to figure out where the main office was, though. It's a little bit hidden on the path. The office was great! We booked a boat tour from the office to view all of Cinque Terre from the water. It's nice that they have different excursions to choose from.

Stuffy, no air flow and noisy

Great location and such a quaint little apartment convenient to everything and quiet at night. You must be able to do stairs to get to the apartment as well as to get to the loft bedroom but if you are able to, this is a great place.

There are few windows and no air condition. Just one fan. Would be nice to have more fans or cooling capabilities.

We enjoyed staying in this cute loft. It was well stocked with anything you might need during your stay.

Easy, easy, easy. It's steps from the train station and the beach, the staff is amazing and the area is stunning. Just an FYI there is no air conditioning but this is common for the area - just prepare beforehand.

We had a beautiful stay at Petronella’s studio that was perfect for my family of four, with two young kids. The location was incredible, and the owners were extremely pleasant to deal with. Despite my initial nervousness due to the place having only 9 reviews as it was relatively new, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

It was perfect for our needs. On the small side which we knew when we booked it. It didn’t matter as you are out and about the whole time.

Cute apartment in a great area (as is most all of Vernazza!)

No aircon; only a dehumidifier. It cooled ok downstairs in the evening, but we could not sleep in the bedroom loft as it was too warm. That left us with the pull out couch downstairs which wasn’t really comfortable. Be aware: there is no view whatsoever from this apartment.
