They double charged me as I was leaving saying that the transaction had gotten through. I gave them evidence of the double charge, which they stalled and still have not returned the money after 2 months!

Dishonesty of double charging then not refunding for 2 months. I am still waiting. Beware!!!

Bad Wi-Fi

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Received two bottles of water every day. Wifi was fast and stable. There was a mosquito net. Swimming pool was clean. There is a small restaurant upstairs, which is a good back-up plan if there's a downpour outside.

Unfortunately, there was mould next to the bathtub, and the pillow had sweat stains.

I love old school Balinese accommodation, wooden carvings, statues, beautiful gardens, pool and surrounds. Some may find the facilities a little outdated, but I don't mind as it's part of the charm. This property is in a great location, set back from the main road so beautifully quiet. I loved the pool which I had to myself most of the time. The staff are lovely and attentive, the rooms are huge with a large bathroom and great beds. I used this place as a base to get to classes at Yoga Barn and was very happy, especially with the price. I will stay here again when I return to Ubud.

The location and the look of resorts was very good presentation !

The wifi internet very bad. Even is in town. The door that cannot feeling completely closed. Because even door closed I still see outside a little bit from the hole between door. And got gigko coming in my room and cannot find and get it out. It hide and get out when late night! Hahaha I love animals but this one makes me cannot sleep well. Worried it coming close to me.
