Sami Beach Hotel

La struttura è grande, attaccata alla spiaggia e vicina al centro. Non manca nulla, all inclusive cibo e bevande a tutte le ore.

Troppa gente un po caotico. Cibo abbondante a buffet, ma nulla di eccezionale, pesce poco e male. Poca cura dei dettagli, salviettine da bar come tovaglioli, ombrelloni fino a bordo spiaggia, sciacquone un po debole Camerieri sempre con la fretta di portare via i piatti. Personale che non sempre capisce l'inglese, il turco lo capiscono solo loro. Ho dovuto rimanere 2 giorni in più per volo cancellato, mi hanno sparato una cifra esagerata per cui cambio hotel.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel , it didn’t meet the standards of 4 star all inclusive hotel at all .the food quality was poor and the drink were even worse -only two type of cocktails were available which they didn’t taste Good .the reception staff struggle with English which made communication frustrating . The swimming pool was dirty and unfortunately we couldn’t use it during our stay .one top of that air conditioning didn’t work properly during the Day and the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable.unstable internet connection which keep getting disconnected very frustrating. It really ruined our holiday .

Excellent value for money. Sami Beach hotel is located in the heart of Gumbet. Everything you might need is within walking distance such as pharmacy, Migros, BIM and A101 supermarkets. Lots of shops for clothes and handbags and shoes etc. These are all on the street side of the hotel. On the beach side it is located directly on the beach and even during busy times there are enough sun loungers. There are more bars and restaurants along the beach - some play loud music but you soon adjust to that. The pool is in between the street side and the beach side - in the middle. The food exceeded my expectations. So much choice and flavours and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables at each meal service. The chef checks everything when it comes out. My room was great - modernised and with great air conditioning. I booked a sea view room with balcony - the position of the hotel means that for many sea view rooms you also get pool view  - so be aware of that for noise. Earplugs and an eye mask will certainly help you relax and sleep better no matter where your room is located as there are also many birds chirping in the trees. The all-inclusive drinks options includes red (very nice), white and rose wine, vodka, gin (with schweppes tonic) whiskey and liquer cream. There is no rum. It would be nice to have a "cocktail of the day" option - just for some variety. There is a constant provision of mineral drinks, water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. There is an excessive amount of plastic used daily from the bottles of water - perhaps water filling stations would be more friendly to the environment??? I had no issues with WIFI throughout my stay and found it perfectly sufficient. It is the staff that make this hotel. They are always smiling, always friendly and always working. They keep the hotel very clean and wear smart uniforms.
