Sami Beach Hotel

Good location and facilities

Passable food selection for all inclusive, got lots of fresh greens, some fruit and a couple decent salads. Alcohol is served all day if you're into that. The beach is right at the exit. There's a pool but hardly anyone ever used it, it's very shallow 110-145cm and treated with chlorine.

First, when we arrived someone was already placed in our room so we got a room without expected sea view, weren't offered to be moved to another room after, no apology, compensation or anything. The room they placed us in was dirty, bathroom moldy, air vent covered in a really thick layer of gunk, floors dirty and were never washed during our stay. Shower glass panels were dirty, even the glass for toothbrushes was never washed, you could see the toothpaste stains left by previous guests. Bed sheet was cut or torn at the feet, was replaced only on third day when they change towels. AC was old, very noisy and visibly dirty as well. TV tiny and old, with local channels only. There was a balcony that had one chair and small table, no room for two people. Our listing on Booking was supposed to have sound isolation (the area is very noisy, especially at night or during animation events at the hotel itself), slippers, bathrobe, kettle — there was none of that, they got us slippers with questionalbe yellow spots after we asked, bathrobes they don't offer at all. Wifi was very slow, barely usable. And as a bonus I forgot my swimsuit in the room and returned the next day after checkout to ask if it was found — was told there was nothing in the lost and found and they wouldn't check the room since it was already occupied. Worst hotel stay in my life, and it wasn't cheap either, there are truly many much better hotels in the area, it's literally mostly hotels, avoid this one.

It was in a prime location, beautiful rooms and lovely staff, a lot of options at the restaurant and loved the table tennis table and entertainment after dinner

The staff were very friendly, there was a great selection of foods which was delicious. I also liked how close we were to the beach. The dogs in the area are so friendly, I just wanted to adopt them all!

The rooms are very old and need renovating to a modern standard. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, more of a 3 star. 2 star if the food wasn’t so good. The interior in the bathrooms throughout the hotel and furniture are also very old and need updating. The sun beds could be replaced as again are very tired looking.

Food was very good, staff were friendly, pool is very nice and not too busy and with easy beach access and loungers as part of the hotel was very good.

Wi-fi is not great it rarely worked in the room I was staying in and when it did the connection was bad. Due to location can sometimes be loud at night from the surrounding area

The staff especially reception staff were all, apart from the restaurant manager, so pleasant and helpful.
