The room is big and spacious, very clean. The location is about 30 mins walk from the city centre, the bus stop is just around the corner. Very good place to stay for a few days.

The walls are very thin, therefore you can hear everything (snoring, talking) happening next to your room, in the neighbouring room and outside the door.

The location, very friendly and an exceptional welcome from Mauro. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable.

It was not so easy to find the place because the street is literally a staircase but the room was clean and the entire place very nice. The owner is super nice always willing to help, it felt like at home. Highly recommended hotel for very affordable price, would come back again.

A very nice liight room. The house is located in the uptown area, but transport access is direct to the house. Very good transport accessibility to different parts of the city, viewpoints. Very close to the terminus of the small railway to Casella (a very interesting journey). Close are a cafés and a large grocery shop.

In my room specifically, there was a little bit of noise from the workings of some machinery inside the house. You have to walk up from the bus stop to the house. But this is Genoa, it's the same everywhere. )

The apartment is great. The staff is superb.

The apartment is located on top of a hill. We could not get a taxi from train station. We asked three different drivers and they all refused. Google said it was less than 1 km and it would be a 20 minute hike. It took us three hours! We are in our 70s and have handicaps. Once you figure out the bus system , the apartments are easy to get to. It still takes about 85 stairs to reach them from where the bus drops you off. If it weren’t for that, my rating would be a 10!
