Came back to the hotel Saturday after a long day looking forward to watching some football. The tv did not work, so I went down to the front desk. The person at the desk said, “well I can see if maintenance is available.” And did not ask for my name or room number so clearly had no intention of trying to resolve the issue. I persisted and said, would you like my name and room number?” He replied disinterested, “oh yeah”. Never heard from anyone the rest of the night so I was unable to watch tv as I’d hoped.

The customer service was excellent. The room is spacious. The bathroom was large, and the products were a good size.

We stayed for three nights, and our room was not cleaned during that time. We didn't even receive a new set of towels, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the room upon arrival.
