Rooms and hotel in general is in need of maintenance. TV reception is poor, meaning the picture is crap. Housekeeping isn't done regularly as per advertisement. When housekeeping is done, they often forget to leave new towels, toilet paper etc.

Beds, bathroom, staff attitude, dirty rooms, cockroaches in the room. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. Kitchen appliances are in bad shape. On informing reception that the induction plate is not working, I was told they would check, but in the next 2 days, no one came to check. Sofa seats are in bed shape.
