Windjammer Lodge

My stay was wonderful!! We were in town for the 4th of July to view the fireworks in Alex Bay and this was the closest hotel I could get. While we wanted to do a little sightseeing, I so wish I could have had more time just to spend watching the river, utilizing pool and cooking out on the grill. We did use the firepit, which was great, just don't forget the bug repellent!!! They loved my Pennsylvania skin!! Our room was on the Riverside, but don't be concerned if one isn't available for you, just walk around poolside and enjoy the view!! I would absolutely stay there again!!

Nice views clean rooms

Great place, clean, spacious, nice view of the river and direct access to the shore. Our room had a full kitchenette, which wasn't in the advertisement and which we weren't expecting, but a definite plus- might have been because we stayed at a time when the place wasn't anywhere near full.

Office was closed due to staffing shortage, so we had to check with the front desk of a partner property a mile down the road, but no big deal.

Liked had a lake view. Also close to shopping and close to family visited.

The towels weren’t very big. There was no front desk associate at 9:00 to check us out, had to leave our key or drive to a sister hotel near by.
