Instalaciones ok para que niños se diviertan. Ambiente familiar.

El personal. No todos, pero lamentablemente por un mal momento afecta toda tu experiencia. Nos hospedamos 4 días 3 noches en 2 habitaciones triples y todo fue genial hasta el último día. Falta que se organicen mejor y haya un responsable con criterio. El sábado 17 de octubre a la hora del almuerzo, la señora que tomaba las decisiones en la cocina, nos sirvió un bistec malogrado (olía feo y tenía textura de hígado) y para cambiarlo toda una odisea, no aceptaban responsabilidad,, incluso entre ellos comentaban ahora hay que cobrarle el taper para que se lo lleve 10 soles, etc etc (pedimos dos bistecs a lo pobre, uno estaba ok y el otro mal, totalmente diferente). No puedo entender hasta ahora como colocan a cargo a personas tan sin criterio como responsables.
