Conforto das instalações, limpeza dos quartos e ambientes da pousada. Atendimento dos funcionários e a possibilidade de utilizar uma vaga gratuita da pousada.

Café da manhã bem simples para o custo da pousada. As varandas são praticamente compartilhadas, haja vista a proximidade dos quartos, o que diminui bastante a privacidade.
