We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and very well maintained. We had a balcony facing the street. Communication with Klara was excellent from the very beginning. Before our arrival, we contacted her by phone, and she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. After we arrived and left our luggage in the accommodation, she even drove with us to show us where we could park for free. She took the time to explain everything about the property and shared great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and the best beaches around Rovinj. The parking area is about a 5-minute walk away on a fenced property, and it is easy to access your car whenever needed during your stay. The location is fantastic – only about a 6-minute walk to Rovinj's beautiful Old Town. There is also a bakery, a market, and a café nearby. Despite being so close to everything, the area is peaceful and quiet at night, making it perfect for a good night's sleep. We stayed in a room, but the property also offers apartments and a studio. Rovinj is a truly beautiful city, and we will definitely return. When we do, we will gladly stay with Klara again. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable.

Super Ausstattung, extrem sauber, sehr nette Vermieter. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war nett und zügig. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz stand in der Nähe auch noch zur Verfügung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Alles, einfach alles! Angefangen mit der netten Begrüßung und den netten Gastgebern war auch das Gartenhaus wirklich perfekt für uns. Alles top ausgestattet und sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen!

Posto perfetto!! Posizione nella pace più totale ma vicina al centro. Persone magnifiche che ci hanno fatto trovare tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e si sono assicurati di darci tutte le dritte che potevano servire! Camera dolcissima con un poggiolo da sogno! Una bomboniera!! Grazie!
