Residence Playa

Everything was very good - location , staff , room , etc.

Perfect location for beach and centre. No frills basic facilities but represents great value for money. Staff very helpful and definitely will return.

Kitchenette a little too small for our requirements.

Perfect Location, just in front of beach. Taken the top floor suite. You can see the beach from your roof top and have b reakfast on table in front of beach. It is great hotel. Staff was supportive, they waited till 8 pm on saturday for check in. Location is near to main market, restaurant, beach, cycle rent, shopping store. The kitchen was superb, we used all things and staff explained us well. Walkable from railway station to hotel.

The studio we rented was big and clean.

There’s a disco across the street that plays loud music until midnight.

The location was accessible for anything. The host and staff specially the cleaners were polite and friendly.

The bathroom sink clogs after shower. The sofa was dusty, must be also cleaned or changed regularly.

Very close to the beach, guy on the reception was very nice and helpful.It was included sun bed+chair under the umbrella. Apartments are on eventually quite place of town. Every day is cleaning service for room. You need swimming cap in the pool. You can make coffee on the coffee machine which is on reception. Sea is nice, but some days there was "sea flower" which was disgusting.

Doors to all apartments are too loud,you always hear it. Room is too Small for 4 people, and eating together around the table on the balcony or inside is almost Mission impossible 😞. In our room was no freezer,only refrigerator. You can hear all neighbors around. Bathroom looks like they didn't consider in original plan. We had view on reconstruction building.

Great weekend, the owner is very kind and he let us stay in the hotel till late in the afternoon

Nothing to remark

Stayed there for a family reunion. The owner and his family and staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd trip to Italy and if I go back I will definitely book with Residence Playa.
