The entry and exit points could be better organized, and the main lobby on the 93rd floor felt quite compact.

The breakfast could;d be served quicker if you order from the à la carte, but, its nit picking.

Had an amazing stay at Niccolo Changsha, everything from the service, ambience, room and other facilities were too notch. Breakfast held a high quality but not as many options as some bigger hotels might offer.

The rooms were, as always, very well appointed and maintained, although the finish of various movable units such as closet and bathroom doors etc., were starting to misalign and therefore hard to close. One complaint I had was the first room assigned to me was west facing, and so the Winter sun and the height of the hotel turned it into a bit of a furnace. This was exacerbated by the fact that the aircon could only be turned to heat ( apparently a government regulation). The second room was much better and I might add the request for a new room was attended to quickly and efficiently.

The location of the hotel in the upper floors of the 450-meter IFS building offers stunning views of the city – if the view is not obscured by smog or clouds. The restaurant is good but seems overpriced.
