O local é muito confortável limpo, e tambem tem ótima localização. Tratativa para combinar o check in deixou a desejar, porém, o funcionário que realizou nosso check in foi muito atencioso e prestativo.
Bad communication
The apartment was satisfactory and had everything we needed. We were provided an incorrect WiFi password on arrival and the safe was locked with an unknown code when we got there, so that had to be sorted out. We texted the two numbers given and received no response. A day later we received a message on WhatsApp advising that we would urgently need to pay a cleaning fee in cash and I advised that our other concerns hadn’t been addressed. They did sort this out immediately once I had notified them on WhatsApp. Would have been good to have received that number with instructions to when we checked in. Shower was a bit messy - bathroom flooded every time we used it. Otherwise, the place was satisfactory for our needs and we’d recommend for short, affordable stays.
Fabulous well-equipped unit in perfect location. I would really have liked it to have been serviced once in our 5 day stay. Other than that it was WONDERFUL. Will definitely stay there again!
