"We did not receive accommodation services despite the fact that the hotel was paid for."

Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that there were no staff members present at the property. Despite repeated attempts to contact the hotel via the provided phone numbers, I was unable to reach anyone. As a result, we were unable to check in and access the accommodation that I had booked and fully paid for. This situation caused significant inconvenience and distress, as we were left without a place to stay and had to make last-minute alternative arrangements, incurring additional expenses.
