No one at reception

It was clean, that is the good point. First room I got had a smell of smoke, but they changed for me very fast.

There was no receptionist, and nobody was expecting me upon arrival. The door could not be locked from the inside. The A/C socket was damaged and unusable. The shower area had no glass partition, so the entire bathroom got wet. The shower itself was broken — water only came from the handheld shower head, and the water pressure was very weak. The holder for the shower head was also damaged, so it could not be fixed in place. There was no liquid hand soap available, only a bar of soap, and there was no soap tray provided. This is not really a hotel, but it is an okay guest house.
