Very nice place to stay and to explore Ubud from. Super nice staff. My room was spacious, well equipped, cozy and had a great backyard and "jungly" views. I can totally recommend staying here :)

I lived on the top floor of the apartment building. At night, a bat likes to hang out under the terrace roof. That in itself might not be a problem, but its droppings (poop and leftover food) on the table and floor certainly are. The staff wiped everything down very early every morning (great!), but even after cleaning, there were still some stains visible—they wiped them down with a broom and some water, but in my opinion, that was only a superficial and not particularly hygienic way to remove them from a table.

The property is very green and feels peaceful. The villas / cottages are spacious. The staff is helpful and try to do the best with all your requests.

The system of having to order breakfast a night before is not great and is a bit jarring to the relaxation mood. The towels in the bathroom are not enough and also old and ragged. The sheer curtains on the four posters need better installation.

La restauration, le café Bali n'était bon. Nous avons également mangé au restaurant un soir et c'était plus que moyen.

It was peaceful and easy to get around from. Good value for money

The bar area and dining room never had anyone around , we ordered some cocktails during happy hour , when we went to order more we were told no as the gentleman said he was sweeping. I feel if they had someone in the bar area people would order more food and drinks . One night we couldn’t sleep as the noise from above our villa was so loud it sounded like people moving the furniture around on the tile floor and banging, when I asked a young man who was staying above he said no one it was him cleaning all night till 11.30pm Perhaps the staff could clean the rooms during the day and sweep after 7am . Laundry prices are high compared to other places. No shuttle so need to organise your transport to get into centre of Ubud Overall we did enjoy our stay apart from these couple of issues it would have been perfect .
