温泉！　雪景色最高でした！

フロントの外国人の方は、接客は良かったですが、レストランにいた体格の良い外国人スタッフは、材料補充の際、多数の客がいるのに突き進んで来たり、声掛け、配慮なく不快でした。 日本人の女性スタッフは、笑顔で親切でした。 韓国人の客？？　バイキングで食事を取る際、あっちから、こっちからと割り込みされ、渋滞。 かなりの時間が掛かった。 現場のスタッフが、一方通行に並ぶよう、割り込みしないよう声掛け、見守り必要。 安い値段で宿泊しているので、文句は言えませんが、 お部屋212号室？ 入り口床、たわむ、きしむ、危険。 84歳の母を連れていたので、入り口の段差は、転倒リスクあり、危険。 高齢者いる場合、チェックイン、食事の席など、優遇して欲しいです。 また畳ではなく、次回からは、ベットの部屋を予約したいと思います。 東洋館まで、自宅から、20分程ですが、時々、母の息抜き、リフレッシュの為に利用させて頂いております。 今後とも宜しくお願い致します。

전반적인 숙소의 크기와 상태는 양호하였습니다. 시마바라 항에서 버스 한번에 올 수 있고 정류장 바로 앞이라 이동하기 편한 위치였습니다. 또한, 대욕장 및 노천탕 등은 전통적인 일본의 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 체크인 전에 짐도 미리 보관해주셨고 아침식사의 퀄리티가 꽤 좋았습니다

워낙 오래된 건물인건지 객실 내부 상태나 부대시설의 상태가 꽤 낡았어요 그리고 특히, 건물이 크고 수직동선이 여러개라 조금 어려웠어요 저녁식사뷔페는 딱히 먹을게 없더라고요... 그리고 뷔페 직원들이 특히 한국인을 싫어하는것 같았습니다 일본 친절함을 찾아볼수 없었어요

部屋狭く古く窓からは廃墟となった数軒のホテルしか見えず、館内の動線も複雑過ぎ 温泉の泉質も期待外れ。もう利用する事はないと思う!
