大浴场和露天温泉设施和amenities都不错，虽然不是很高级，但比较有特色，整洁干净，四个人每晚600的入浴料还是算性价比高的。楼上楼下的浴场都可以看到鸳鸯湖。房间内部确实老旧，一些地方甚至破损严重。

自助餐秩序比较差，特别是生鱼片和寿司区域，排队慢，老年人拿得很多，以前很少看到日本人拿东西又争又抢的，如果有一位引导员在这个区域负责秩序就很好了。菜品上中规中矩，没有给黄油而是给植物油脂这点比较减分。

可以到店用现金支付。纪念品商店品类挺多，买到了文旦堂的カステラ很开心。停车场车位多。大厅宽敞干净。打扫的服务人员很细心，我们申请了不需要进屋打扫，回酒店看到挂在门上马夹袋，里面有毛巾、茶包、牙刷和两个替换垃圾袋。前台服务人员的说明也很细致耐心，没有因为我是外国人和差别对待。

自助餐的座位规则设置不合理，先来后到原则，应该是先拿食物再占座。如果先占座位再拿食物导致拿了食物的人没有办法找到就近座位，其实不太公平。空席和食用中的牌子只有日语，对外国人不友好，父母不懂日语就坐错了位子，被赶走。

スタッフはすごく親切、ベッドが欲しいってお願いしたら、すぐ対応してくれました。

トイレがひどいです、匂いがきつすぎて寝れませんでした。 テレビのうしろ、ホコリだらけ、カーテンも動かすだけで、ホコリが舞う、長年洗濯されてない感じがしました。別府の大江戸温泉すごく良かったです、だからまた泊まりに、今回は最悪でした。
