+ balcony with lovely view + hot shower and good water pressure

- Misleading pictures: we went for the superior king size room which was different from the pictures. tiny and with a small bed. - Dirty: there was hair all over the floor - Uncomfortable bed - No way to keep the sunlight out - Overpriced: You can get the same „quality“ for half the price in other places in Signaghi Overall don’t recommend.

Very clean room

Room is very basic, hosts hardly to not visible. No breakfast options or any other facilities but the room. Price is not in relation to what's the value provided.

Location was walkable. Stunning view. Incredibly friendly staff.

No AC and our fridge was broken (but we were able to use another).

Amazing place and amazing host. Gorgeous location and view from the balcony. A memorable stay with lots of warm memories. Relaxing and peaceful. Lots of good restaurants around with breathtaking views. Locals were so friendly. Loved fresh pastries in the bakery. ☺️ The accommodation was very cosy and stylish. We will be back. Thank you so much.❤️

Everything was perfect.

Incredible and very friendly hotel manager - was a pleasure staying with him! The pool, which is actually some 500m away at another property has probably the best view of all pools in Sighnaghi!

Only minor things: Locks could be replaced (was a bit fuzzy to put the key into it) and bathroom door would need a fix at some point
