Personale molto gentile. Pizza molto buona. A pochi passi dal lago.

Siamo rimaste un po' deluse perché, al momento della prenotazione, la camera mostrata nelle immagini appariva ristrutturata e più moderna rispetto a quella che ci è stata assegnata, che invece risultava un po' datata. Nel complesso, però, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ci siamo trovate bene. Un aspetto che migliorerei è la colazione, ampliando la scelta dei prodotti dolci.

Было чисто. В комнате не было посторонних запахов. Отель предложил Тичино карту на все время пребывания, что было удобно для перемещения по городу. В ванной не было плесени, что очень порадовало. Постельное белье и полотенца были идеально чистыми. Была 1 ночевка, были даже тапочки. ( но мы их не сразу нашли)

Не было вентиляции в ванной.
