What a treat to stay here in Toronto! The space felt so calming and comfortable, with interesting design elements and simplicity of the space without lacking personality. It was genuinely one of the best stays I've had across Canada.

Love the Annex Hotel. They need to do a deep cleaning of the bathroom/shower tiling. It would also be amazing if there could be designated parking spots in the Lippencot Green P for hotel guests.

It was difficult to crawl over the bed to get in and out due to lack of space around the bed. Reading lights inaccessible from the bed to shut off. No place to put a suitcase except on the floor. The hanging closet is behind the door and one cannot open the closet door completely due to the door stop being in the way. The large empty space in the middle of the room could be put to better use to address these issues. The hotel is quiet, clean and within easy walking distance of our events. Front desk staff were accommodating to our lack of technology expertise for checkin and out.

Loved the vibe and the convenience but unfortunately the air vent in the ceiling in room 310 was so loud my husband had trouble sleeping and when I showered there was no hot water left for me :(
