Schönes neues Hotel. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück

Very nice and clean hotel which was ideal for my business trip. The bed in my room was showing signs of age with it being uneven however the property is clean and staff when they are there are friendly. Be aware that arriving late or leaving early there is limited hours on reception.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, schönes neues Hotel. Nur die Ausstattung war nicht so wie im Internet beschrieben. Aber das kann man für 3 Nächte verschmerzen. Gerne wieder.

This hotel was just about perfect. Friendly staff, sparklingly clean room, comfortable bed. I need total sensory deprivation when I go to sleep so I really appreciated the metal blinds that completely blackened the room. If I were looking for something to niggle about in the room, it would be that the shower buttons weren’t quite intuitive and I kept pressing the wrong ones and getting water from above when I wanted the sprayer and vice versa... but maybe I was just too tired. Also, the bathroom floor got pretty wet while I was showering, but I’m really being picky here. The breakfast was great. I LOVED the big glasses they give you for drinks: most hotels only give you shot glasses so you’re running back for a refill every five minutes. Only tiny criticism here would be that the plates didn’t look like they had been washed carefully enough and the salt shaker was dirty (and I was at breakfast before it officially opened, so that must have been from the day before). But otherwise everything was excellent. I travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not fancy but the overall quality was so high that it outperforms more expensive hotels where I’m often annoyed that despite the high rates the walls are thin, the curtains let in light, the bathroom isn’t clean etc.

I felt more than just an ordinary guest here. All staff and service guys are totally friendly and helpful. We have been there for a simple birthday brunch but I didn’t expect that kind of friendly service. The price is also reasonable for the region. The Arivo in addition take really take care of the small details. E.g. In the toilettes were also diapers and wet tissues for our baby available. Big big recommendation

The stay was more poor than I expected since it is a brand new hotel. Our tv did not work for 2 days on the 3rd it became fixed. The bed is very uncomfortable and we have had a King size bed but your back and head was lower than the rest of your body. They do not clean your room every day. I had to go down to the front desk to receive clean towels. They have never cleaned out the trash. This hotel is nice but it still has a lot of work to be done. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good.

Once the hotel is completed (especially parking area) it will be perfect. Loved the interior decor, lots of wood and leather. Excellent layout to apartment rooms, with kitchenette, eating bar and desk space as well as sitting area with sofa and chair. Moveable TV is a great idea. Lots of storage space. Very good restaurant serves a tasty but limited menu, good drinks always available, all staff very helpful. Self service laundry available for 3.50€. Only negative was our room was on the side of the hotel that faced the main street and train station, so earplugs needed at night as we had to leave windows open since it was warm and A/C not turned on yet for the season. Walking about 800 meters into cute little town of Forchheim through the Bahnhof pedestrian tunnel was easy.
