This property is as advertised! I love this place and will visit again. The rooms were very clean. The large pool was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. We checked in during the week so the facility was a lot more quieter, which was really nice. We checked out Friday, when it got really busy with weekenders arriving. I’d definitely stay here again but during the week, not the weekend.

"Terrible breakfast and foods."

All the things are best except on restrant for breakfast. It should level up in fast. Will make down to the whole image on Melia if not. The hostesses and all staffs dont know how to service just keep watching status. For the food, it was worst on my tour life since some of food spiled out..

This resort makes me feel so much comfort and relaxing, it’s very clean, pretty and the service from front deck, bellman, all people are working around..they are all welcome us with a great respect , At the bakery shop I really like a young lady names Hiền, she is very helpful.Love everyone there

Very nice resort. Check in/ out process is fast. Customer service staff is perfect. Just a little shock for me when they charge us almost $7 for a small broken cup ( which actual cost less than $1) in the bathroom because my mom accidentally dropped it on the floor .

"Getaway from it all"

Great place to go if you are looking to relax. Spending time at the beach and in the pool. It was what we were looking for. The only downside is the only food available was from the restaurants on the property. The property is not very near anywhere else. If you are only there for a couple of nights then it is fine.
