A bit let down vs previous stay. Villa was not cleaned properly (hair & some minor paper/garbage leftover in the toilet when we checked in, bathrobe was not hanged after used etc). Beach has high slope that was not safe for children.

Very beautiful hotel and resort. The food at the restaurants are good but quite pricey. The beach is beautiful and we also love the pool. Room is spacious and comfortable

Room was just okay for the price. The pool and other amenities are okay. We went to the restaurant and not only services and food was bad. There was a piece of broken dishes in my fried rice I almost choke on it. It was sharp and if I swallow it possibly could kill me. After yelling at the restaurant staff since there was no sorry nothing not even some sympathy that I was having a baby with me. I yelled at them nd finally got the services manager to come over which she promised the services will change. However it’s hard to rebook here. It was a total disappointment. The grand was better! I give them that breakfast was okay. However with high volume of guests the elevator could not go any slower!

The villa is new and spacious, however lacked basic amenities like dishes, bowls and cuttery. We have to call to request and they charged us just to borrow dishes and bowls??? Kitchen is well equipped but there is no usage mannuals??

"View and Peace"

Wow, what a stunning property! Our tower room was amazing and in my opinion a better option than a villa to truly enjoy the stunning view. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Gym was amazing! I enjoyed their stretching and tabata classes. Breeze restaurant is perfect for lunch and had great room service for dinner. The pool is also gorgeous. This really is a gem of a property! The only negative is the lack of complimentary water. They wouldn’t give us more than two with housekeeping so we were forced to order water from room service. This was a disappointing aspect. However, apart from that this is a wonderful hotel.
