The staff were very helpful!

Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation we had during our trip to Korea. The biggest issue was the staff. Both at the reception and in the breakfast area, they often seemed impatient and eager to dismiss questions, especially when dealing with foreign guests. We found them unfriendly and unhelpful, and it was difficult to get assistance when needed. Breakfast was advertised until 10:00 AM, but when we arrived around 9:30 AM, staff had already started clearing away food and preparing to close, which made us feel rushed. The elevator system was also frustrating. At times, we had to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator to reach the higher floors. It often felt necessary to call the second elevator at once because the system did not seem to efficiently dispatch available elevators. There were, however, some positive aspects. The rooms were clean, the views from the higher floors were good, and the breakfast selection was very diverse and surprisingly good, even for European guests who are not used to having rice-based dishes for breakfast. One major downside was the number of mosquitoes in the room. During the first two nights, we struggled to sleep because of them, despite never opening the windows. Overall, while the hotel has some strengths, the service and comfort issues significantly affected our stay.
