We were quite disappointed with our stay. The condition of the room was very poor, the carpet had so many marks/ stains on it and the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. When the room was cleaned the coffee and creamer was not replaced and neither was the bath mat! Four restaurants but the last order was at eight and the roof top bar only opens five nights a week. The hotel is really overpriced for what it is.

実家が静岡市ですが、庵原で用事があったので、駅近で宿泊しました。高級感あふれるホテルで良かったです。コンシェルジュ的案内も良かったです。気になったのは、フロントの若い女性に荷物出しした時、”豊島区”が東京都　(郵便番号も100番台なのに)ってわからないのは、いかがなものかと思いました。また、ベッドの下にゴミが溜まっているのもいかがなものかと思いました。
