Excelente la ubicación, bonito lugar, en medio de la naturaleza (arboles, arroyo), limpio, excelente el restaurant, personal atento y los servicios.

No tiene eleveador y hay que subir y bajar muchos escalones para trasladarse a la salida, a la habitación, al restaurante y a la recepción. Para personas de la tercera edad está complicado. La acústica no es nada favorable, se escucha todo lo que sucede a fuera o en habitaciónes contiguas. El estacionamiento esta en bajada.

Es un hotel sencillo que esta al pie del río, me toco época de lluvias por lo que si tenía agua el río y me permitió conectar con la naturaleza y recordar cuando de pequeña íbamos a estos lugares. El río es de fácil acceso. Tienen un restaurancito con vista al mismo río y la comida esta muy rica. Comala es pequeño así que el hotel esta cerquita de todo.

Obviamente hay mosquitos y otros insectos, la verdad a mi no me molesto puesto que lo esperaba al estar en la naturaleza.

Todo muy agusto, si te gusta estar en un ambiente donde la naturaleza es parte de tu descanso es el lugar ideal para estar ahí, el personal muy amable, el servicio de restaurante es buenísimo y todo el menú está muy rico. Recomendable 😊👍
