Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please inform Résidence Saint Pierre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 450 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for the following fees: - Bed linen EUR 15 per bed - Towels EUR 10 per person/stay Please note that end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or to clean the property themselves. The cleaning fees are as follows: - Stays of 5 nights or fewer: EUR 20 per night - Stays of 6 nights or more: EUR 115 per stay.
