Pasiphae Hotel

Very good location if you have a car or need to go to the airport / port as it is outside the city center but not too far away. Rooms are clean but not fancy. The staff is a bit “cold”.

To start Expedia didn’t let me reserve anything other than a double bed, there were three of us. I selected that option, but made a note that there would be three of us. I go to check in the guy is serious and a bit rude. He kept talking about how I reserved incorrectly. There was no issue in fixing the room, he just kept complaining about how I messed up (I had no other option when reserving). Takes us to the room it’s decent, but floor was dirty, my feet were black from the lack of cleaning (after I had showered). One of the towels we were given had a huge hole in it. Elevator starts on the first floor (not ground floor). When we checked out we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was broken.

stayed here for 2 nights in June. Very convenient for ferries and bus station. Disagree with many of previous comments. We took a bus from airport and he dropped us off 100 metres from hotel. The guy at reception could not have been more friendly and helpful as was the lady on duty next day. Maybe it depends how you approach people. The room wasnt very big but was adequate, clean and had all that we required. We were only 15 minute walk from harbour and seaside eateries but we found a great and very cheap giros joint just 5 minute walk away. Would stay there again if in Heraklion. There was noise from aeroplanes daytime but not overnight as no flights then

Cute place, check in was easy, as was check out. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Reasonably close to the port (10-15 minutes walk). WiFi connection was good. About a 20 minute walk from old Venetian area. The hotel provided a room. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad. For my stay it served the purpose of being near the port.

Great place to stay. Close to downtown,port & the airport, we would stay there again.
