"Cooped up in a room without a window"

The beds were comfortable.

The room had no window, just a frosted glass rooflight. Entrance was via a keysafe by a tatty street door. The app which was supposed to digitally open the door is a waste of time, it's just an ad. Room wasn't serviced on the first day. Very poor value for money. Don't be fooled by the word 'Hotel'. The 'staff' is someone on the end of a mobile.

Location of property in centre of town; room was modern and clean; beds were comfortable

Entrance and approach to the ‘hotel’ was like a shared student house above the Savannah nightclub. Access was complicated. Wi-fi didn’t work. No facilities suggesting this is a hotel
