ゴールデンウィーク直前で、2日前のホテル予約で喫煙と禁煙を 間違たにも関わらず変更の対応をしていただきありがとうございました。 到着したとき、ホテル横の立体駐車場に入れてしまい エレベーターがなく階段しかないので、ホテルに電話をしたら フロントの女性の方が駐車場の空き状況の確認と パイロンを置きに行っていただき ホテルの平坦な駐車場にとめることができました。 地獄巡りからも車で近く、夜食も別府駅付近へ歩いていけばいろいろあり 夜も楽しむことができました。 ホテル内は大浴場もよく風呂上りは　ゲームコーナー駄菓子屋さんとかマッサージ機もあり 良い雰囲気でした。 朝食もバイキングで　食べ過ぎで　満足 予約の変更、駐車場の案内など　とても親切で 大満足の滞在でした。
