Great customer service! My room needed to be changed after I noticed how filthy it was, “based on my standards “. Headboard had major dust or body flakes, white matter on foot board, bathroom unkept. Front desk immediately accommodated my request for a new room. Rooms need updating and smelled musty. This site rated this hotel as a 4….how? I Guess You Get What You Pay For!!

When we checked in we were given a room with only one electrical outlet. We both use CPAP machines when sleeping and they had no outlets close to the beds. We went down to change our room after explaining our problem with the room. A gentleman, I am assuming a supervisor, was standing behind the check-in and heard our conversation. The clerk asked the supervisor if it was ok to move us to another room. The supervisor seemed to have an attitude, in my opinion, like I was making up this problem. He finally agreed to switch us to another room with more outlets. Other than this the staff was very nice.

I have a few things to put in my review.... #1. It was not a hot tub, it was a bath tub and the shower caddy had scum & mold all over it which was pretty gross #2. The "shower gel" dispenser was completely empty, even though I always bring my own. #3. Putting 2 bottles of water in your room and saying they're $4 each was a little crazy to me, personally, especially because there is a coffee maker in the room and nobody wants to drink Jersey water. #4. I was rushing because of checkout time so I took a very quick COLD SHOWER. I didn't complain to the staff because I had a long drive back home, but I didnt have any hot water. Other than the bathroom, the room and entire hotel was very clean and pretty modern
