Nice little hotel in a quiet alley 5-10 min walk away from everything in Hoi An! Very friendly staff who will happily recommend good places and help with booking

It was downtown and the price was fine.

The room smelt like damp, it was very small, it didn’t look clean and it was very noisy. The internet didn’t work properly.

The place is very nice,quite similar as the pictures. Loan,our host is the best of the best! Super friendly and polite,she gave us tips on everything needed and took very good care of us. You don’t need to book any activities in advance,she’s there for you anytime! Highly recommended, we would definitely back back here in the future! Thank you for everything!

An interesting option for those, who'd like to experience what living in a traditional house is. The room was small and the walls were not soundproof. The karaoke songs of an old neighbor entertained us in the evenings. There was just enough room for a double bed (we had requested 2 twin beds) and a desk. One wall was covered with an open shelving. The swimming pool was nice and the yard and reception area were pleasant. The room was cleaned meticulously every day and the sheets were changed almost daily. In the beginning we got lost a few times when trying to find the hotel from the labyrinth of small streets.

立地至便。車道から狭い路地に入るため一瞬ぎょっとするが、徒歩で旧市街からツアーの多く集合するホテルや各都市へのバス会社事務所へも行ける。なお、現在グーグルマップに表示されるピンの位置は1ブロック東へズレているので注意が必要と思われる。 施設はキレイでお湯の出も問題ない。スタッフは英語を解し、フレンドリー。 朝食は前日に6種類の中から選んでおくシステム。手づくりなのが嬉しい。

Our stay here was fabulous, the owner was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding places to eat and visit. The location was close to the old town. Our breakfast was delicious, this was homemade by his mum each morning. We all really enjoyed our stay here.
