Breakfast, front office, and porters were really attentive and friendly. The property is absolutely stunning!

Refrigerator in the room didn't work and access to ice was limited. Also, the water bottles were really difficult to open.

"The Best Resort for Peaceful Rest"

The bamboo bridge in the mangrove forest is fantastic. The depth of the pool is deep, so it is good for swimming. There are few guests, so there are plenty of sunbeds. Overall, the resort is quiet and good for relaxing. The interior of the accommodation is also wonderful. However, on the day of my stay, neighgor had a birthday party next to the resort, so the noise was loud. It disturbed my leisurely rest. The resort moved me to the accommodation. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was provided with a pre-ordered menu. The staff helped me choose the menu. During my two-day stay, the staff kindly helped me with many inconveniences. I would like to express my gratitude. The staff's name is Jane. She is the best staff in North Zen Villa.
