The pool was cold

Csodás volt a kilátás,Tágas tér.Jó volt a medence.Étterem,bolt közel. Korabban érkeztünk,mint 14 óra.Az apartmant azonnal eltudtuk foglalni.Kedvesen fogadtak minket. Csodás minden reggel az óceán látványára ébredni.

A textil huzatok a hálóban, nappaliban a kanapén,függöny alja,díszpárnákon nincs tisztítva.Nagyon foltosak,koszosak.Nem volt gusztusunk ráülni.A hálóban a klímák elhelyezése miatt alváskor nem használható mert az ágyra fújja a levegőt.Kerti kiülő párnák szakadt,koszosak. Reggelit ételkiszállító hozta.Minden reggel.ugyan az volt.Utolsó 2 nap.már nem.is kívántuk.

Der erste Eindruck des Apartments ist positiv . Es ist gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen. Das Sofa drinnen und draussen hat viele Flecken. Sowie die Handtücher und das Bettzeug und es wird sehr schlecht geputzt , die Böden sind dreckig und im Bad liegen Haare und Dreck in den Ecken. Wir haben wiederholt auf die Mißstände hingewiesen. Ausserdem kann man am Strand nicht schwimmen und man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto .

We stayed at this accommodation, which advertises “luxury stays,” but unfortunately our experience did not match that claim. The service was disappointing: the grill did not work, check-in and check-out times were very inflexible, and communication with the staff was poor. Another major issue was the deposit and payment procedure. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay a €200 cash deposit or alternatively provide our credit card details on a piece of paper—a practice that felt extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Moreover, this requirement was only printed in very small text on the voucher we received, making it nearly impossible to notice beforehand. This is highly problematic, as sensitive credit card information must be handled securely according to legal and privacy regulations, which is clearly not the case when written on an unsecured sheet of paper. The apartment itself was the only positive aspect – it was clean and nicely furnished. However, this cannot compensate for the many shortcomings and poor service. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. On Friday, it was entirely insufficient in both quality and quantity. We canceled it with our contact person, yet breakfast was still delivered on Saturday despite the cancellation, and on Sunday, our departure day, no breakfast was delivered at all. Nevertheless, we were charged for all three days. We contacted the accommodation asking for a refund. Initially, they promised to refund the breakfast out of goodwill, but this never happened. After that, the property stopped responding entirely, even when Booking.com followed up. Eventually, Booking.com issued the refund on their own, although the responsibility clearly lies with the accommodation. This behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely customer-unfriendly. Overall, we cannot recommend this property.
