Great views but a bit exposed if you are not a diver as quite windy for swimming and snorkelling. Liked the Nubian character of the hotel.

see above - food reasonable for Egypt but nothing special. I upgraded to deluxe room but don’t feel it was worth the money. unsure what a standard room is like in comparison.

The food was amazing. We didn’t go diving and still had a great time snorkeling. The staff was very nice too.

I liked everything, but one should know: There is no wifi in the rooms - but if you have mobile data or no reason to go online, that‘s not a problem of course.

Beautiful place - perfect for diving and digital detox! The staff is super friendly and the location amazing. Definitely worth it to wake up early to watch the sunrise at the house reef. If you’re luck you might even see dolphins! ✨ Would definitely recommend this place. Ps. We did our “Open Water” and “Advanced” diving course with Katja and Stefan from Wernerlau at the Oasis Dive Center! We will come back! ❤️

Lovely small scale resort (especially compared to the holiday factories in the area). Very welcoming and helpful reception. The dive school is organised and maintains decent standards. Nice restaurant located on first floor to enjoy the views.

The cleanliness of the room (especially the bathroom) could have been better. Construction work behind the room started really early (between 05:00-06:00) one day.

Eine Oase für Taucher mit einem hochprofessionellen und freundlichen Hitel und Tauchzentrum. Nicht umsonst kommen die meisten Gäste wieder. Hier kann man tolle Menschen kennenlernen, entschleunigen und mit schönen Unterwasser-Erlebnissen den Akku aufladen.

Oasis", i had an idea and picture in my mind of the meaning of this word before our trip. After our trip, i can truly say i found a little gem of a diversparadise in Marsa Alam. From arriving in the airport to saying goodbye at the end of our trip, we were greeted with so much warmth, kindness and professionalism that will blow your mind totally in the positive way 😁 The hotel, a collection of little houses with seaview, and opendeck restaurant give you the feeling of being in a tiny community, actually divefamily. Food is buffetstyle in the morning and evening and even possible for lunch. We chose a la carte for lunch. Always tasty, never blend or boring and even spicy is an option 😉 We stayed 7 nights and were never offered the same dish twice. Divecenter I have dived all over the globe and can honestly say that this divecenter exceeds all expectations. Very personal and professional service: top notch briefings, enthousiastic and kind guides, helpfulness of all the divepersonel (in house and after dives), decent equipement and so on... A big thank you to all of you @ Oasis, i had an amazing holiday and hope to be back some day!
