"Japanese owners and staff. Hospitality very helpful & happy"

Great tasting breakfast, food presentation and freshness was great. Japanese with a little western food. Very clean rooms, drying rooms and onsen. Location walk to snow. Also has a restaurant on the same building with great Japanese food, friendly helpful staff and clean.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast great with Japanese and Western options. Exactly what we wanted for a quick ski getaway.

A relatively Japanese hotel, which is great if you don’t mind using Google translate. Incredibly patient and friendly staff, close to rentals and lifts, willing to call ahead to help us rent, etc.

とても親切にご対応いただきました。チックイン前、チェックアウト後にも駐車場や更衣室、休憩室をご利用させていただけて助かりました。部屋も清潔で朝食も美味しいです。栂池高原スキー場へのアクセスも良いです。
