"Perfect relaxing few days"

Graham and Gina were so friendly, knowledgeable about the area, gave great advice and nothing was too much trouble from a housekeeping perspective. Room and breakfast exactly what what we needed - thank you both, we had a really good few days.

Lovely! I was in a bit of a rush both mornings to meet friends for a walk, the service was so quick and the food was great, could not fault!

It can’t be helped, but sharing a bathroom with a stranger.

Great atmosphere and location - felt like visiting old friends. The fact the hosts made me breakfast in the morning even though I didn't manage to get my card in on time (due to running around hills all day) was so considerate and genuinely appreciated. Rooms are well set up and practical. Parking is good. Will be staying again next time I have a race!

Graham and Gina were fantastic hosts. We couldn’t have been looked after any better. Each day, Graham took an interest in our plans for the day and helped, using his vast knowledge and experience of the area and fells, to make them even better! The breakfast was also top-notch.

Taking your shoes off off at the door, being in our seventies it was hard work without somewhere to sit on

Graham was an exceptional host. He was really kind and friendly, very good with people, and it was clear that he was genuinely interested in you. He really made an effort to make our stay as good as possible. He gave us plenty of tips and weather forecasts. It was also really nice just chatting with him. The breakfast was really good. The B&B was in a central location in Keswick and easy to reach. Beds were also comfortable. The heating worked well, and the view was lovely.

The twin room is really small, we did know this so it wasn't that of an issue. The only thing that was a bit difficult is the sink, it's small and there's no place to put stuff. Maybe a shelf near the sink could help.

The hosts Graham & Gina, are very warm and welcoming. The guest house location was great for us and we really enjoyed our stay. They have great knowledge of the area and supplied a daily printed weather report every day at breakfast, which was a nice touch. Many thanks to them again for such a lovely stay.
