The breakfast was great and the hosts where extremely friendly and helpful,it was clean and comfortable

The no shoes policy(,petty I know but that's me ).also why does a single room not warrant en-suite when the two single rooms had a room in-between that wasn't occupied throughout my stay,( property showing "NO VACANCIES" outside .I found the whole thing a little to.regimental

Graham, the host, was more than happy to guide guests on the weather, bus, and hiking routes. Breakfast is amazing, and the room exceeds expectations.

WIFI was hard to connect to.

The property is a gorgeous house with very nice and cozy rooms. Graham and Gina were absolutely amazing hosts and were so friendly. The breakfast cooked by Gina was great. Graham had so much knowledge about everything in the area. He provided me really valuable suggestions of hikes and activities that really helped me make the most of my time in the Lakes. His thorough knowledge also gave me the confidence to know I was on the right tracks and the confidence to be able to navigate the bus network and make it back to the property safely.

The house has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean and breakfast was excellent. Everything you need for a great trip - just pray for some good weather!
