Everything was fantastic, from the wonderful hosts, the comfy beds, clean rooms and amazing location

> Fantastic location, a few minutes walk into Keswick town centre and 10 mins to Derwent water > super friendly owners with lots of knowledge of the local area and walking route recommendations > delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and cooked breakfast options… the sausages were so good! > spotlessly clean room > quiet location with very little road/outside noise > nice hot shower > free on-street parking (no problems getting a space) I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Keswick! Thanks Graham and Gina for making me feel so welcome.

The breakfast was probably the best I've had, piping hot and just how I would cook it. The host graham has encyclopedic knowledge of the area and peaks and took time to improve our walk. Enjoyed the place so much we've booked again for next month.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from town centre; great breakfast with fab vegetarian sausages and pouched eggs were perfect; hosts were friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and gave lots of great recommendations for places to walk and eat; a lovely clean and cosy B&B - everything you need, with lots of parking spaces available in the area 😊

the place was amazing the property was spotless from inside an out, the breakfast was amazing an always fresh. the host Graham an Gina where such lovely people, so welcoming from the word go always with a smile on there face. anything you needed to ask they where open with amrs to talk to you about anything, there Knowledge of the hole area is Floorlawless. they gave me so much information about hiking restaurants an anything you need to know a big five star they deserve, id like to say a big thank you to Graham an Gina for the kindness an open heart. if im back in the area definitely il be staying with them again no questions asked.

Graham and Gina are wonderful hosts and the single room I booked is well equipped and warm. The breakfast was a highlight—both delicious and healthy—with the option to choose your preferred combination the day before. Graham is incredibly friendly and chatty, and I really enjoyed our conversations. He recommended a fantastic restaurant where I had a great meal. A special thanks to Graham for guiding me to the observation deck! Without his help, I wouldn’t have found my way, as Google Maps had marked a completely unwalkable route. Thanks to him, I finally got to take in the stunning panorama of Keswick!
