Please return the apartment in the same condition as you found it.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Ideally located spacious flat"

Spacious period flat with kitchen and dining area which meant we could cook/eat in ( great produce from local market ) during our stay . The two bathrooms were a bonus . Ideally located for the old town and the bridge across to the market area .

The internal courtyard housed the drains so we kept the doors shut

Breakfast wasn't included. Location was top class. Close to everything that we wanted or needed. Close by restaurants

Not sure. The apartment provided us with all we wanted. Large apartment, comfortable bed good kitchen enough to to make tea and coffee. The only thing that springs to mind is that it would be useful if there was an automatic light in the stairwell rather than having to fumble around looking for the light switches.

Nous avons passé trois jours deux nuits dans l appartement et aurions pu y rester encore ! Grand, très joliment décoré , il est idéalement situé pour se promener à pieds dans Seville, vraiment proche des points d attractions et en plein centre ville . Nous y avons également très bien dormi ( literie et calme) . Oui on ne peut pas se garer à proximité mais nous sommes allés nous garer plus loin et aucun regret ( 10 euros par 24 h en réglant en ligne) . Par ailleurs, une demande auprès du loueur et vous avez une réponse plus que rapide et efficace .

"Great place to stay in Sevilla"

It was so good when I came back to Seville for the weekend to catch up with friends who were holidaying in Seville . Large spacious apartment, great central location , everything is walkable . Great restaurants nearby . Sweet courtyard at back , loved it.

Possibly more kitchen utensils , but not an issue

"Lovely and comfortable property in the heart of Sevilla."

Beautiful, unique property in an ideal location in Sevilla. Great tapas right across the road. 5-10 minutes walk to major sites and wonderful restaurants.

The pre check-in documentation is a little tedious, but it’s understandable. Give extra time in case there is a tech glitch.

"Great stay and Eva is great 😀"

Central location historic quarter , could walk to everything. When go to train station then taxi . Secure quiet bright spacious flat with small outside enclosed balcony Eva is great and very responsive

Could have done with more kitchen utensils , but could easily manage with what got
