⛔Parties, disturbing guests, and loud music are prohibited. We have systems in place to monitor the legally permitted decibel levels. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines and expulsion. Recess hours are from 9 p.m. to 10 a.m. ‼️PLEASE NOTE that you have rented a tourist apartment. We are not a hotel or serviced apartment. Additional cleaning or other extra services are available upon request. ‼️ONLINE CHECK-IN. By law, we must record ALL guests' information and submit it to the authorities. This information is found on the guest's passport or ID card. It is prohibited to accommodate more guests than indicated in the reservation; this may result in fines and even expulsion from the property. 👉 It's mandatory to complete the self-check-in process using a link we'll send you at least 24 hours before arrival. ⚠️ Without complete registration of all guests and pre-authorization of a security deposit, you won't be able to access the accommodations. ⚠️ We never request sensitive information over the phone. 📌SUSTAINABILITY: Turn off the air conditioning/heating, making sure everything is off when you are not in the apartment. Help us preserve precious natural resources by limiting our impact on the environment. PLEASE DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. 🧐- SECURITY: The building has security cameras in common areas. ⛔- Prohibited: Regulations of the historic center of Seville, in an emblematic building like ours, leaving clothes hanging on the windows/balconies. 📌- Trash: Please do not leave trash in the apartment when you leave. 🙏- Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty kitchenware in the kitchen. Please return the apartment in the same condition as you found it.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
