Del Duca Apartment in Varenna

The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. They answered any questions we had about the area and allowed us to check in early.

It was a very large apartment for the two of us and really well located in Varenna, close to a range of restaurants and other shops. The kitchen was well fitted and served us well for our stay. It was very light and airy and the fitout was done pretty recently. There are good solid louvred shutters on the bedroom windows to keep out the light in the early morning but still allow plenty of airflow.

The air conditioners were pretty noisy but we didn't need them most of the time, and the couch in the living room is a fold out bed and was pretty uncomfortable to sit on.

The main bed was hard and not very comfortable.

Relatively large space and location

Communication and support was fabulous. Everything was super clear and easy. We were also offered support in booking extra activities. Location was fab, we were close to places to eat, swim and the ferry for day trips! Apartment was really clean and spacious. We had everything we needed there.

The beds could be a little more comfortable but I would put that down to personal preference. That being said I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Great location, friendly and accommodative staff.

We loved the location, it was close to all the amenities we needed. We were really happy with our choice of staying in Varenna and just visiting Bellagio instead of staying. Varenna and del duca was peaceful and beautiful!

There were no blinds or curtains to block out the light from the alleyways.

Location was great!

I would have preferred it cleaner, floors were a bit dusty.
