Beautiful apartment with fab views, Everything was great, Very modern & clean throughout, Lovely & warm inside really can't fault anything

Little bit far out from the city centre but not a real issue

It was a big flat plenty of room and beds were very comfortable

It wasn't very clean, skirting boards, kitchen cupboard doors were dirty, sofa bed in living room wasn't very clean

Nice quiet location. Easy to find. Free secure parking. Washing machine & heated airer was a bonus.

Massive urine stain on sofa bed. Dining chairs that look nice but were really bad quality, not sturdy and padding is non existent. Missing bedding for sofa bed. Half used toiletries in bathroom. Management did assist with missing bedding but with the urine stained sofa bed which we wouldn’t use, there wasn’t enough space for everyone to sleep. Not ideal. No apology or compensation offered.
